Founded in 1998, Wuxi YK Automation Technology Co., Ltd. has developed from a micro-factory with the initial registered capital of RMB one million to an enterprise which owns 3 subsidiaries–Wuxi Jianuo Delicate Chemical Equipment Factory, Guangzhou Jianuo Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Jianuo Commercial Trade Co., Ltd. YK is specialized in designing, developing and manufacturing mixers and filling machines. Up to now, we have developed various world’s leading machines which sell well both in domestic and international market.
As a leader in domestic mixer and filling equipment industry, we provide competitive solutions and service for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical enterprises. Every year, we devote over 10% of sales to research and development. And our R&D team is set up by undergraduate and graduate students, foreign specialists and senior engineers, with distinguished design, R&D capacities. Until now, we have got 38 patents.
In 1998, Wuxi Jianuo Delicate Chemical Equipment Factory was established.
In February 1999, the first Instant Glue Tube Filling and Sealing Machine in China was successfully developed.
In April 2000, the first Acrylic A&B Glue Filling and Sealing Machine was off the assembly line.
In June 2002, the first PLC Controlled Vacuum Emulsifying Machine was successfully developed.
In May 2003, we obtained the IS9001 Quality System Certification.
In May 2005, ZJR-1300 Vacuum Emulsifying Machine independently developed by our company was exported to the U.S.
In December 2005, the 1000L Mixer independently developed by our company was exported to Spain.
In December 2005, SXJ-1300 and YLS-1300 Silicone Product Line independently developed by our company was exported to Spain.
In March 2006, we obtained the international EU CE Certification.
In December 2006, Wuxi YK Automation Technology Co., Ltd was established in cooperation with the Canadian.
In May 2007, new Vacuum Emulsifying machine was exported to Germany.
In March 2008, the modern production base which occupied an area of 20,000 square meters was completed.
In 2012, the first six-head parallel reaction tank was successfully researched and developed and put into use in a sapce research insititute.
In 2013, the powerful planetary mixer was successfully trial-produced.
December 2013, the first CIP & SIP ( Cleaning in Place & Sterilizing in Place ) Emulsifying equipment in China which in accordance with GMP standard was successfully developed.
In March 2014, the mult-emulsifier was successfully trial-produced.
In October 2015, the Mixcore Mixing Plant was successfully trial-produced and exported to Costa Rica.
