2.2 There is no temperature and humidity control equipment between raw materials. There are no pest control and rodent-proof facilities in the finished product library and packaging material library.
3.Equipment cleaning and disinfection
The production equipment of emulsifiers and fillers produced by a company is not easy to clean and people are lax. The clearance was not thorough, leaving product residues and no clean state mark.
4.Equipment verification and maintenance
4.1 The DDS-11A conductivity meter, electronic balance (JJ224BC), and retort pressure gauge (Model 0-0.25, Grade 2.5) stored in the inspection room are not numbered and the verification period has passed.
4.2 No production and maintenance records have been established for cosmetic production equipment and inspection equipment. The emulsified 50L vacuum homogenizer and 200L vacuum homogenizer were not properly maintained. The side bezel of the device cannot be closed (adhesion with tape), and there are rust spots on the surface of some devices.
4.3 No record of operation, cleaning and disinfection of the water system has been established. No original inspection record of purified water quality was found.

The State Food and Drug Administration has severely cracked down on companies that do not meet the production requirements of laws and regulations.
