You have a formula that works. Friends ask to buy it. A distributor wants 500 jars. Then comes the hard question: what do you actually produce it in?
A kitchen blender will not hold an emulsion. Hand stirring will not remove the air that turns a cream gritty after three weeks. To sell a product — not just sample it — you need a small cosmetic emulsifying machine built for real manufacturing. That is what YeKeey has been building since 1998.
Where Small Cosmetic Production Actually Starts
Most brands do not open with a 2,000-litre line. They start somewhere between 5 and 200 litres, then scale once orders arrive. A YeKeey vacuum emulsifying machine is designed for that path: the same platform, process and control logic runs from our 6-litre laboratory unit up to industrial capacity, so your formula does not need to be re-engineered when you grow.
For a first production machine, the 25 L, 40 L and 80 L ZJR models cover the majority of new skincare, haircare and oral care businesses.
What a Small Machine Still Has to Get Right
Small does not mean compromised. Every unit in the ZJR range keeps the engineering that decides whether your product is sellable:
- Vacuum processing at −0.09 MPa— pulls out trapped air so the cream comes out dense, glossy and stable instead of porous and separated.
- High-shear homogenization up to 6,000 rpm— breaks droplets below 5 microns for a texture customers call silky, not grainy.
- Scraper agitation, 0–45 rpm— keeps even thick formulations up to 80,000 mPa·s moving through the shear zone, so nothing sits on the tank wall.
- Temperature control up to 110 °C— heats both phases, then cools at a controlled rate so the emulsion sets properly and heat-sensitive actives survive.
- SS316 contact parts— withstands essential oils, acids, alcohol and preservatives without corroding or contaminating the batch.
Test the Machine on Your Own Formula First
Buying equipment blind is expensive. Send us your cream, lotion, serum or ointment formula and we will process it free of charge on our laboratory emulsifying equipment. You get real numbers back: droplet size, viscosity, heating and cooling times, and cleaning performance. Then you decide — with data instead of a brochure.
What You Get Beyond the Machine
- CE-certified equipment, built in our own 20,000 m² facility in Wuxi, China.
- Custom voltage, tank dimensions, heating method, control system and branding (OEM and ODM).
- Minimum order quantity: one unit. Typical lead time: 30–60 days.
- Remote installation guidance, on-site technical support, operator training and lifelong spare parts.
- Equipment already running in more than 70 countries — including a Nigerian cosmetics manufacturer operating three sets for over ten years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can one small machine make cream, lotion and shampoo? Yes. Viscosity handling up to 80,000 mPa·s and adjustable homogenizer speed let one platform run thin lotions, thick creams, gels, shampoo bases and toothpaste.
Do I need a separate machine for the water and oil phases? No. The ZJR vacuum emulsifier includes both vessels, with the oil phase drawn into the main tank under vacuum for a cleaner, more consistent emulsion.
How soon can I start production? Most customers are producing within 30–60 days of order confirmation, once specification and voltage are approved.
