Product Brief Introduction

The Colloid Mill is a high-precision wet grinding and emulsifying machine designed for continuous production of ultra-fine materials. It integrates shearing, grinding, emulsification, dispersion and mixing in one unit, ideal for processing medium-to-high viscosity products across multiple industries.

How It Works

The mill features a 3-stage adjustable conical stator and a 4-stage high-speed rotating conical rotor, forming a precision grinding module. The gap between the stator and rotor can be infinitely adjusted from 0.01mm to 2mm, with each subsequent groove stage finer than the previous. As material passes through, it is subjected to strong extrusion, shearing, emulsification and grinding, resulting in ultra-fine, homogenized particles. The stator housing, discharge cavity and sealing parts are equipped with circulating water cooling for stable operation.
